Professional Experience:

John D. Wade is an original, founding partner with the firm and concentrates his practice primarily in Education Law, Municipal Law, Employment Law and Land Use Law. Mr. Wade specializes in representing public entities in various matters, including labor and employment, public contracts, real estate, land use law, Administrative Law proceedings involving School Law and Special Education matters.

Mr. Wade’s career in representing public entities began in 1973 and he has served as Solicitor to the Gloucester Township Board of Education, Black Horse Pike Regional Board of Education, Waterford Board of Education, Lindenwold Board of Education, Bellmawr Board of Education, Eastern Regional Board of Education and the Magnolia Board of Education. In addition to the above Boards of Education, Mr. Wade has served as Solicitor to Waterford Township, Gloucester Township MUA and General Counsel to EIRC.

Mr. Wade graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1970 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He earned his Law Degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1973.

Mr. Wade was admitted to practice in 1973. He is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey School Board Association for Lawyers and has served as a Trustee in said organization for several terms. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.

Professional Experience:

Howard C. Long, Jr. is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice primarily in Municipal Law, Environmental Law and Education Law. Mr. Long specializes in representing public entities in various matters, including labor and employment, public contracts, real estate, Land Use Law, Administrative Law proceedings involving School Law matters.

Mr. Long’s career in representing public entities began in 1984 and he serves as General Counsel to the Cape May County MUA, the Gloucester Township MUA and the Borough of Pine Hill MUA. In addition to the above Municipal Utility Authorities, Mr. Long serves as Solicitor to the Township of Voorhees, the City of Gloucester City and the Borough of Berlin. He also serves as Education Solicitor to the Township of Winslow, Conflict Counsel to the Township of Washington, Special Conflicts & Labor Counsel to the Office of Camden County Counsel, Municipal Prosecutor in the Boroughs of Lindenwold, Laurel Springs, Magnolia and Brooklawn and Special Counsel in the Township of Waterford. In the past, Mr. Long has served as a member of the District IV Ethics Committee and the Solicitor to the Camden County Police Chiefs’ Association.

Mr. Long graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He earned his Law Degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1982.

Mr. Long was admitted to practice in 1983. He is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey, the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association – Construction Law Section, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Trial Lawyers’ Association, Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutor’s Association.

Leonard J. Wood is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice primarily in Family Law, Municipal Law, Education Law, Wills/Estates and Corporations.

Mr. Wood graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1976, with Honors. Prior to being admitted into practice, he was a Law Clerk for the Presiding Chancery Division Judge in Camden County from 1976 to 1977. Mr. Wood entered into private practice in 1977. He is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Wood serves as Solicitor to the Brooklawn Board of Education, Merchantville Board of Education, Somerdale Board of Education, Pitman Board of Education and Laurel Springs Board of Education. In addition to the above Boards of Education, Mr. Wood serves as Solicitor to the City of Gloucester City and the Borough of Runnemede. With regard to real estate matters, Mr. Wood has served as Solicitor to Cape May County MUA, Gloucester Township MUA, Lindenwold Board of Education and the Township of Voorhees.

Mr. Wood is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, an MESP Panelist in Camden and Gloucester Counties and a Family Mediator. He is also the Chairman of the Sons of Italy New Jersey Foundation (since 2003), the Treasurer of the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation, the Solicitor to the Merchantville Country Club and serves on the Lourdes Hospital Foundation.

He is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey,  the United States District Court for District of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. John A. Moustakas is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in Probate (Wills & Estates), Contract Law, Municipal Court, Real Estate, Collections, Landlord/Tenant, Matrimonial Matters, Municipal Government and Land Use.

Mr. Moustakas earned his Undergraduate Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University – Camden and his Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law. Prior to being admitted into practice, he served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Jean B. McMaster, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey in 2002-2003.

Mr. Moustakas is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Moustakas serves as Municipal Prosecutor for various New Jersey Municipalities.
